Controller and Contact
The data controller for FlowCore dashboard and bot processing is the FlowCore service operator. For privacy requests, use the support page and include your Discord user ID and server ID so requests can be verified.
Data We Process
FlowCore may process Discord user IDs, server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, configuration values, dashboard sessions, audit actions and operational events needed for enabled features.
Why We Use It
Data is used to authenticate dashboard users, apply server settings, run bot modules, display health and live operations, manage premium access and keep basic audit records.
Legal Basis and GDPR
Where applicable, personal data processing is performed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Depending on the action, processing may rely on contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations or user consent.
Mandatory or Optional Data
Some data is required to use authenticated dashboard functions (for example Discord account identifiers, guild access context, and security/session tokens). If required data is not provided, affected features may be unavailable.
Payments
FlowCore may store manual billing records such as provider, status, server ID, amount, currency and activation notes. Payment details are handled by the external payment provider, such as Lemon Squeezy.
Retention
Configuration and audit data may be kept while the bot is active on a server or while it is needed for support, billing, abuse prevention or service operation.
Recipients and Transfers
Data may be processed through infrastructure, hosting and payment providers required for service delivery. Where cross-border processing is involved, safeguards should be applied according to applicable data protection requirements.
Security
Dashboard access is protected through Discord OAuth, server-side sessions and owner/whitelist checks. Server owners should keep their own Discord accounts, bot tokens and dashboard secrets secure.
Requests
For deletion, correction or support requests, contact FlowCore support and include the relevant Discord user ID and server ID so the request can be verified.
Your Rights
Subject to local law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability for personal data processed by FlowCore, and you may submit a complaint to your competent supervisory authority.
Policy Changes
FlowCore may update this policy when legal, security, product, or operational requirements change. Material updates should be published on this page with a new update date.
