Use this checklist when asking for help with setup, dashboard access, premium activation or Discord bot behavior.

What To Include
Send your Discord user ID, server ID, the feature you are using and a short description of what happened. Screenshots help when the issue is visual or dashboard-related.
Dashboard Access
Make sure you are logged in with the correct Discord account, own the server or have dashboard whitelist access, and that the bot is still present in the server.
Premium
For premium activation, include the server ID and payment reference. Premium may require manual confirmation before the dashboard shows the updated plan.
Before Reporting
Refresh the dashboard, try logging out and back in, confirm the bot has required Discord permissions and check whether the affected module is enabled.
Response
Support is handled manually. Critical access, billing and dashboard issues should be marked clearly so they can be prioritized.
